TTVE Capabilities Presentation

AV Is in our roots...

As one of the few woman owned AV companies in the country, we pride ourselves in doing good work and being good to people.  We pay our AV installers, technicians, and engineers a living wage, which lends to a more stable, loyal workforce.  Also, our clients frequently compliment us on our staff's attention to detail & proactivity.  We pride ourselves on consistent flawless execution.  We once lost power 2 minutes before a conference began, and the client never even knew about it.   We finally spilled the beans after the conference was completed, over a celebratory meal where we congratulated each other on another seamless delivery.  That client is now our first formal Agency of Record partner.

CASE STUDIES:

National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) needed to upgrade multiple AV/VTC systems to achieve a consistent user experience while expanding this capability to meet increasing demands for collaboration technology in rooms and for wireless and mobile devices. TTVE provided design and integration of the AV systems for approximately 15 offices and conference rooms during a multi-phase building renovation. This work included the integration of two IT systems: one to centrally manage and support their technology assets across the NIH campus and off-campus locations; and one to provide video conferencing to every room, desktop, and mobile device.

TTVE provided a full system refresh of 20 conference rooms and training facilities for Social Security Administration, Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (SSA ODAR) across three locations. The AV installation work included coordinating with a general contractor for electrical, mechanical, and architectural support of the new AV systems, as well as with SSA management, other trades, and end users for the sequence of work done in the facilities.

Following the refresh, TTVE will provide multi-year support and preventative maintenance including training and training materials for SSA end users; general troubleshooting and telesupport; and on-site support within four hours for emergency service calls.

The system refresh included over 130 computer stations provisioned in a large divisible training center; medium and large conference systems with digital presentation and conferencing; huddle rooms; and an executive suite with an integrated video wall. TTVE was tasked to provide in-place upgrades to provide digital presentation and conferencing capabilities for multiple in-use systems, while minimizing operational impact on SSA ODAR.
